We are fully committed to the quality and resistance of our fabrics. An obvious loss of fabric color from normal exposure conditions, including sun, salinity, and general weather conditions. The warranty covers a possible abnormal loss of strength.
The warranty doesn’t cover:
- Additional manufacturing or installation costs (that the installer or retailer might require).
- Any damage resulting from additional treatment performed by a third party.
- Damage due to causes beyond our control: mechanical actions, accidents, abrasive chemical products, misuse, negligence and/or fraudulent actions.
- Improper use and/or installation.
- Negligence due to not following cleaning and maintenance instructions correctly.
- Accidents, fire, weathering, negligence, hurricanes and torna-does, floods, air pollution, or other conditions and misfortu-nes beyond the reasonable control of Citel, S.L.U.
Claims should be addressed by certified mail to Citel, S.L., C / Filadors 35; 08202 Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain.
The guarantee of the Docril® fabric for application as SUN PROTECTION – AWNINGS is 10 years.
The guarantee of the Docril N® fabric for application as a WATERPROOF FABRIC FOR NAUTICA AND AWNING is 5 years.
- La garantía cubre solamente una eventual pérdida anormal de la resistencia o el color de los tejidos ante una exposición normal a los efectos del sol, la salinidad y los agentes atmosféricos generales.
- La garantía cubre exclusivamente el tejido Docril®. La garantía no cubre ningún coste adicional de fabricación o instalación (que el instalador o el minorista puedan requerir). Cualquier tratamiento adicional que un tercero realice al tejido invalida la garantía.
- La garantía no cubre daños que se deban a causas ajenas a nuestro control, acciones mecánicas, accidentes, productos químicos abrasivos, abuso, negligencia y/o acciones fraudulentas.
- La garantía no es válida en caso de uso y/o instalación indebidos, y puede invalidarse también si no se han seguido correctamente las instrucciones de limpieza y mantenimiento.
- La garantía debe ejercerse ante el minorista o el instalador, según dónde se haya adquirido el producto. La garantía no es efectiva hasta que todas las cuentas y facturas se hayan liquidado completamente.
- Nos reservamos el derecho a inspeccionar el tejido objeto de la reclamación y a solicitar un justificante de compra. El uso de la garantía no implica prórroga alguna; prevalecerá la fecha original de compra.
- Las reclamaciones deben dirigirse por correo certificado a Citel, S.L., C/Filadors 35; 08202 Sabadell (Barcelona), España.
- La garantía del tejido Docril® para aplicación como PROTECCIÓN SOLAR - TOLDOS es de 10 años.
- La garantía del tejido Docril N® para aplicación como TEJIDO IMPERMEABLE PARA NAUTICA Y TOLDO es de 5 años.

The warranty for Docril G and Albis fabrics is 5 years.
Even though experience and tests conducted in qualified laboratories over the years show that Docril G and Albis range fabrics live longer than the 5 years offered by the warranty.
The warranty exclusively covers the abnormal color and fabric resistance loss, given a normal exposure to the action of sun, salinity and general atmospheric agents.
The warranty exclusively covers the Docril G and Albis fabric. Docril G may be a component of an end product such as indoor and outdoor furniture.
The warranty must be claimed against the retailer or installer, whom the end product is purchased from. Warranty becomes void until all accounts and invoices are fully paid.
- La garantía del tejido Docril® Garden para aplicación como Mobiliario de Jardín es de 5 años.
- La garantía cubre solamente una eventual perdida anormal de la resistencia o el color de los tejidos ante una exposi-ción normal a los efectos del sol, la salinidad y los agentes atmosféricos generales.
- La garantía cubre exclusivamente el tejido Docril® Garden. Docril® Garden puede formar parte de un producto final, como mobiliario de jardín para interior y/o exterior.
